Please note, all room bookings made directly with us, whether on our website, over phone or by email, always include breakfast at no additional charge.

Most importantly, you will always achieve the best price that we can offer by booking directly with us rather than with a third party.

Checking In & Out – You can check in from 15.00, however you are welcome to arrive earlier and use the car park and the hotel facilities. Check out is at 10.00. If you require an early check in our late check out, we can’t guarantee this but we will try to accommodate.

Smoking & Vaping Policy – It is against the law to smoke in the hotel. Vaping is also not permitted. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be charged a £100 for additional cleaning.

Damage to Property – If you cause damage to the room or any part of the hotel your credit/debit card will be charged with the replacement value.

Considerate Behaviour – We all appreciate politeness. Please be considerate to fellow guests and staff. If your behaviour is unacceptable towards guests or staff, the company reserves the right to cancel your booking and you will be asked to find alternative accommodation.

Complaints – From time to time things don’t go as planned. Please let us know if you are unhappy about something and give us the chance to put things right for you.
